Questions employers ask

Is there a minimum order or setup fee?

No minimum employee count, setup fee or annual commitment applies to these approved outplacement programs.

Who submits applications?

Participants submit in OP-01 through OP-04. VIP permits approved execution only where allowed, within weekly limits.

Are program sessions added together?

No. Sessions are total allocations for the selected program. Higher-tier allowances replace equivalent lower-tier allowances.

What should we share in the first inquiry?

Your organization, broad service interest, approximate count and timing. Leave employee rosters, medical information and private documents out of the inquiry.

Plan the next step

Start with the employee need.

Discuss the scope, funding, timing and reporting. An inquiry creates no order or automatic coverage entitlement.
