Questions employers ask

Does this include pension or investment advice?

No. Financial, pension-election, tax and legal decisions remain with qualified advisers.

How many pathways are included?

Portfolio tiers develop one chosen pathway. Exploration does not create multiple portfolios or guarantee an appointment.

Are program sessions added together?

No. Sessions are total allocations for the selected program. Higher-tier allowances replace equivalent lower-tier allowances.

What should we share in the first inquiry?

Your organization, broad service interest, approximate count and timing. Leave employee rosters, medical information and private documents out of the inquiry.

Plan the next step

Start with the employee need.

Discuss the scope, funding, timing and reporting. An inquiry creates no order or automatic coverage entitlement.
