Questions employers ask
Does this form place an order?
No. We clarify needs, scope and funding authority before an accepted order and participant invitation.
Do I need exact participant numbers?
An approximate count is enough for inquiry. Final quantities and units are agreed before activation.
Are program sessions added together?
No. Sessions are total allocations for the selected program. Higher-tier allowances replace equivalent lower-tier allowances.
What should we share in the first inquiry?
Your organization, broad service interest, approximate count and timing. Leave employee rosters, medical information and private documents out of the inquiry.
Plan the next step
Start with the employee need.
Discuss the scope, funding, timing and reporting. An inquiry creates no order or automatic coverage entitlement.
