Participant privacy
Private coaching notes, raw assessment results and personal concerns stay outside routine employer reports. Specific sharing requires an informed permitted agreement. No employment outcome, automatic payer coverage or unverified specialist availability is promised.
Questions employers ask
Does selecting more topics add sessions?
No. Topics are chosen within the program bank.
Do sponsors see private notes or assessment scores?
Those are excluded by default. Specific sharing requires the permitted purpose and participant agreement.
Are program sessions added together?
No. Sessions are total allocations for the selected program. Higher-tier allowances replace equivalent lower-tier allowances.
What should we share in the first inquiry?
Your organization, broad service interest, approximate count and timing. Leave employee rosters, medical information and private documents out of the inquiry.
Plan the next step
Start with the employee need.
Discuss the scope, funding, timing and reporting. An inquiry creates no order or automatic coverage entitlement.
