Employer administration

Agreed updates can cover authorized participation, service usage and permitted administrative reporting.

Participant privacy

Private coaching notes, raw assessment results and personal concerns stay outside routine employer reports. Specific sharing requires an informed permitted agreement. No employment outcome, automatic payer coverage or unverified specialist availability is promised.

Questions employers ask

What if my invitation is missing or expired?

Contact the named coordinator; do not use another participant’s link.

Can my employer read my private coaching materials?

Routine employer reports cover agreed administration. Private notes and raw assessments are not shared by default.

Are program sessions added together?

No. Sessions are total allocations for the selected program. Higher-tier allowances replace equivalent lower-tier allowances.

What should we share in the first inquiry?

Your organization, broad service interest, approximate count and timing. Leave employee rosters, medical information and private documents out of the inquiry.

Plan the next step

Start with the employee need.

Discuss the scope, funding, timing and reporting. An inquiry creates no order or automatic coverage entitlement.
