Employer administration

Agreed updates can cover authorized participation, service usage and permitted administrative reporting.

Participant privacy

Private coaching notes, raw assessment results and personal concerns stay outside routine employer reports. Specific sharing requires an informed permitted agreement. No employment outcome, automatic payer coverage or unverified specialist availability is promised.

Questions employers ask

Are all reports included with coaching?

AS-03 interprets up to three separately purchased reports. AS-05 includes one report/debrief plus one application session.

How is EQ 360 priced?

By custom proposal after report type, raters, rights, coordination and debrief are confirmed. It is never a free $0 product.

Are program sessions added together?

No. Sessions are total allocations for the selected program. Higher-tier allowances replace equivalent lower-tier allowances.

What should we share in the first inquiry?

Your organization, broad service interest, approximate count and timing. Leave employee rosters, medical information and private documents out of the inquiry.

Plan the next step

Start with the employee need.

Discuss the scope, funding, timing and reporting. An inquiry creates no order or automatic coverage entitlement.
