A straightforward employer process

From employee need to agreed support.

  1. Describe the employer need and scope.

  2. Accept the program, quantities and billing authority.

  3. Authorize participants and issue the verified invitation.

  4. Complete intake and deliver the agreed scope.

  5. Reconcile usage and provide permitted administrative reporting.

Employer administration

Agreed updates can cover authorized participation, service usage and permitted administrative reporting.

Participant privacy

Private coaching notes, raw assessment results and personal concerns stay outside routine employer reports. Specific sharing requires an informed permitted agreement. No employment outcome, automatic payer coverage or unverified specialist availability is promised.

Questions employers ask

Do you rank employees?

No. This is participant development, not hiring selection or a suitability scoring system.

Where do internal role profiles come from?

The employer supplies the current profiles and clarifies requirements; role availability is not guaranteed.

Are program sessions added together?

No. Sessions are total allocations for the selected program. Higher-tier allowances replace equivalent lower-tier allowances.

What should we share in the first inquiry?

Your organization, broad service interest, approximate count and timing. Leave employee rosters, medical information and private documents out of the inquiry.

Plan the next step

Start with the employee need.

Discuss the scope, funding, timing and reporting. An inquiry creates no order or automatic coverage entitlement.
