Questions employers ask
Are registrations or contract awards claimed here?
No unverified registration, certification, award or past performance is stated. Procurement evidence is supplied only when genuine and current.
Can provider rates differ?
A public or partner channel may use its own accepted units and agreement. No reimbursement rate or eligibility is assumed.
Are program sessions added together?
No. Sessions are total allocations for the selected program. Higher-tier allowances replace equivalent lower-tier allowances.
What should we share in the first inquiry?
Your organization, broad service interest, approximate count and timing. Leave employee rosters, medical information and private documents out of the inquiry.
Plan the next step
Start with the employee need.
Discuss the scope, funding, timing and reporting. An inquiry creates no order or automatic coverage entitlement.
