IF YOU RECEIVE SUSPICIOUS OUTREACH
1. Stop engaging. Do not follow application, payment, or other requests before verifying the sender.
2. Protect your information. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, government identification numbers, financial details, confidential records, or career documents to unverified contacts.

Use the subject “Suspected Identity Impersonation” and provide the suspicious address, message date, subject line, and a short description. If an original .eml email file is available, indicate that you have it. Do not send passwords, government identification documents, or unnecessary sensitive records by ordinary email. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate transfer method for sensitive evidence.
5. Report the suspicious message to your email provider and, if it reached a workplace account, your employer’s security team.
