What is the refund policy?
No refunds once a service has been provided. Customized services are also not refundable once work has begun. Pre-work cancellation requests are reviewed under the refund policy; approval is not automatic. Resume Wizard services are nonrefundable under the existing Terms of Service. One revision is included within the original scope. Digital products are nonrefundable. The $50K+ Résumé System is currently offered as a free waitlist, with no purchase or instant-access promise.
