Welcome to Ivy League Résumés. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional career services including but not limited to:

Resume writing and rewriting

LinkedIn profile optimization

Document discovery and positioning

Digital products and frameworks when available

Resume Wizard™ structured services

All services are delivered based on the information provided by the client.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Respond in a timely manner when input is required

Apply to appropriate roles aligned with their experience

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are required upfront unless otherwise stated

Prices are subject to change without notice

Failure to complete payment will result in service delays or cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise

No refunds once a service has been provided

Resume Wizard™ services are non-refundable

Digital products are non-refundable; availability and delivery are stated on the product page

5. 60-Day Interview Guarantee

For an eligible Customized Résumé Service, if you do not receive an interview within 60 days of finalizing your résumé, email Keith. Your résumé and application approach will be reviewed and a résumé rewrite provided at no additional cost. You must apply to appropriate roles and use the supplied materials as intended. This is a support and rewrite remedy, not a promise of an employer interview or a cash refund.

How to request the remedy:

Client must notify us via email

Resume and application strategy will be reviewed

A rewrite will be provided at no additional cost

This guarantee applies only when:

The client applies to appropriate roles

The client uses the provided materials as intended

The 60-Day Interview Guarantee does not apply to Resume Wizard, the audit, standalone LinkedIn, recruiter distribution or digital products. Ongoing career coaching and additional services are outside this remedy.

6. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Delays may occur if client input is delayed

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are for personal use only

Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

Job placement

Specific salary outcomes

Employer interview decisions; the stated guarantee provides a review and rewrite remedy

Our services are advisory and strategic in nature.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

The client is abusive or non-cooperative

Terms are violated
