Refund Policy

No refunds once a service has been provided. Ivy League Résumés services are customized to each client’s background and goals. The conditions below also apply once work begins.

No Refunds After Work Has Begun

Once any portion of the service has been initiated or delivered, no full or partial refunds will be issued.

Pre-Delivery Refunds

For customized services other than Resume Wizard, a cancellation request may be reviewed before work begins. Approval is not automatic and any exception must be agreed in writing.

No work has been started

No drafts, strategy materials, or deliverables have been provided

Approved refunds under these conditions will be processed back to the original payment method.

Resume Wizard

Resume Wizard services are nonrefundable under the existing Terms of Service. One revision is included within the original scope. Work begins after payment is confirmed and intake is complete. Contact Keith promptly with any change or cancellation request.

are nonrefundable. Availability and delivery are stated on each product page. The $50K+ Résumé System is currently a free waitlist; no payment or instant access is offered.

60-Day Interview Guarantee

For an eligible Customized Résumé Service, if you do not receive an interview within 60 days of finalizing your résumé, email Keith. Your résumé and application approach will be reviewed and a résumé rewrite provided at no additional cost. You must apply to appropriate roles and use the supplied materials as intended. This is a support and rewrite remedy, not a promise of an employer interview or a cash refund.

The 60-Day Interview Guarantee does not apply to Resume Wizard, the audit, standalone LinkedIn, recruiter distribution or digital products. Ongoing career coaching and additional services are outside this remedy.

Revisions & Client Satisfaction

Clients may request adjustments within the scope of the original engagement

We work closely with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Refunds are not provided in place of revisions.

Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, clients agree to this refund policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services or deliverables is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to provide documentation of work completed to the payment processor.

Exception Policy

Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Ivy League Résumés and must be approved in writing.
