If you purchase Recruiter Distribution and authorize distribution, your approved résumé and professional contact information will be shared with recruiting recipients for that service. Keith will confirm the process before distribution. Do not include sensitive personal or confidential employer information in materials you authorize for sharing.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment Information

Active website checkout links open PayPal. PayPal processes payments under its own privacy terms. This website does not collect or store full payment-card details.

Forms, Diagnostics & File Transfer

Contact, recommendation follow-up, intake and waitlist forms send the information you submit to Ivy League Résumés through Formspree. The free résumé diagnostic and service recommendation are calculated in your browser. Answers are not sent to the form provider unless you choose to submit a follow-up inquiry.

There is no file upload on this website. Arrange document transfer directly with Keith. Do not enter passwords, government identifiers, payment-card details or confidential employer information in these forms.

Website Measurement

The website uses its existing Cloudflare Web Analytics integration for website measurement. Where an approved event provider is configured, service selections and completion events use service keys or score bands, without names, email addresses, résumé content or free-text answers. External services apply their own privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external services.
