Your Résumé Is Ready. What Happens Next?
Turn finished professional materials into a focused search, with clear targets, accurate applications and useful follow-through.
Finishing a résumé is an important step. The next task is deciding where to use it. A strong document cannot choose suitable opportunities, check a job description or keep track of an unanswered application for you.
Start with the role your materials support
Identify the work you want to do, the level of responsibility you can support with evidence, and the practical conditions that matter: location, working arrangement, compensation and timing. Use those decisions to assess openings before investing time in an application.
Check fit before tailoring
Read the employer's current posting and separate essential requirements from preferences. Identify the evidence in your experience that addresses the role. Adjust emphasis and wording without inventing responsibilities, credentials or results. Keep the source and the date checked with your notes.
Use each service for the work it actually covers
Recruiter Distribution sends finalized materials according to agreed targeting and sharing permission. It costs $399.95 standalone, or $249.95 for eligible existing clients. It does not promise a fixed recruiter count, interviews or responses.
The $999.95 Personalized Career Concierge includes applicable taxes and processing fees. It brings together discovery coaching, market and salary research, 50 job recommendations, several résumé versions, letters, LinkedIn content and interview preparation. The 50 recommendations are recommendations; this package does not include a managed application campaign.
Keep a useful search record
Record each employer and role, the source, the version of your materials, the action taken and the next follow-up. Keep a prepared application separate from an application actually submitted. A submission receipt or message history helps establish what happened without relying on memory.
Decide where personal support would help
You may want coaching while handling your own applications, help preparing materials for individual roles, or a separately scoped engagement covering additional research and permitted follow-up. Ask who owns each step, which decisions require your approval, what you must complete personally, and how progress will be reported.
Never provide account credentials in an initial inquiry. Applicant certifications, identity checks and platform-restricted steps remain with you. Keith can prepare the permitted work and explain the next action.
